I made a couple snack/treat recipes yesterday while M was at school. He tried these breakfast bars when he got home and he loved it. He immediately asked for a second one. When I told him no (dinner would be coming shortly) he asked for one in his lunch. That I can do! They have all the sweet flavors of banana bread, are chock full of protein and healthy fats due to peanut butter, quinoa and walnuts and will keep little tummies full thanks to the fiber in the oats.
