We’re using up some things in the fridge for today’s lunch. I have a few slices of Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread (it’s my fave, by the way!), so I’m using that with some almond butter and the remainder of the fig jelly. I’m also giving M the last of the yellow bell pepper strips and carrot sticks (the rest of what I already had cut, that is…there are always more carrots in my fridge and at least a few peppers). I added a red plum cut into slices to complete the meal.
