I was feeling a bit more creative when I packed M’s lunch last night (compared the previous night). He’s getting a colorful ham and provolone wrap with loads of red bell peppers and cucumbers inside. Grapes and clementine slices fill out more of the rainbow. And for dessert a small square of healthy homemade pumpkin pie, which just happens to be dairy free.
