We finished off the rest of the leftover tacos last night. I made them into enchiladas. Not really reinventing the wheel on that one, but everyone cleaned their plates. So, back to square one with lunch today.
Luckily, we have some lunchmeat left. And, you know I think pickles go well with ham, so, of course, in goes one of those. I threw in some chips and salsa for good measure and rounded it out with a kiwi.
