I’m mixing things up a bit today. M is getting a cinnamon raising bagel with Earth Balance Soy Free Spread, trail mix with cashews, almonds and dried cranberries, baby bell peppers cut in half and clementine segments. Bagels are one of those things we usually buy only if we are having visitors stay in our house. My in-laws were here this weekend watching the kids while hubby and I snuck away for a quick few days. No one ate the bagels, so now lucky M gets them in his lunch! The trail mix I bought for our road trip and we didn’t finish it, so the leftovers will become lunchbox fare. I also bought the baby bell peppers for our weekend away since we had a full working kitchen where we were staying (I packed lots of fresh veggies with hummus and salsa!) and we didn’t eat them all.
