Day 129 – Easter Ham

Hello!! Was anyone else on spring break last week? I sure hope your week went better than ours! We had illness, followed by 5 inches of snow, followed by an earthquake, followed by our furnace breaking, followed by car sickness. What a week!

We did manage to celebrate Easter a week early with my in-laws who will be out of town next weekend. Because of that we have some leftover Easter ham on our hands. I didn’t even bother making a sandwich out of it…just cut it up and he can eat it with a fork.

Here’s to getting back on schedule!
